All standard shipping orders ship via USPS first-class mail.  As order size and weight increases, we will (at our option) utilize USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground.  You may also opt for these services 

Orders placed using the DWOLLA payment system will ship when funds clear to our account.  Bank-funded transactions generally clear in 2-4 business days, while transactions funded by DWOLLA balances clear in a matter of hours.  All credit card orders ship within 48 hours, but usually same-day.

Due to sanitary and health reasons, all e-liquids are sold as-is with no refunds, returns, or exchanges possible.  If there is a problem with your liquid when it arrives, please Contact Us within 24 hours of delivery.

We want to see you as a customer enjoying your purchase from us, and will do what we can to make it right.  If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us via the information at the bottom of your screen.

For packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail: this service usually delivers to the continental United States in 2-3 business days.  This is merely a delivery estimate and not a guarantee.  The USPS refers to these shipping services by the estimated days (Priority 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day) -- however, this is merely an estimate.  We have seen packages take much longer than estimated to arrive due to errors and delays by USPS.

Once you have received a tracking number in your account, we have shipped your package.  We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered mail.  We ship to the address provided by you, and pay USPS or FedEx to deliver the package to that address.  

USPS tracking numbers are "Delivery Confirmation" numbers.  Situations have arisen where there is no information on the page accessed by this number, yet the package has been delivered.  Please do not use this information as a gauge as to where your package is, only to confirm delivery after the package has been delivered.

We insure all of our packages for the full value of the shipment.  If there is an issue with your package delivery (lost, damaged, etc) please Contact Us so we can file a claim and get your issue resolved.
